Building Community in Stoney Creek
Welcome to the Wintergreen Valley Association (WVA), the community social organization available to over 600 home and property owners in Stoney Creek. We are dedicated to building a vibrant, connected neighborhood for all.
Our purpose is to bring neighbors together by:
Fostering friendship and fellowship through a variety of social, cultural, and educational activities.
Connecting neighbors with regular communications and announcements that keep you informed about community news and events.
Welcoming new residents with helpful information about the many different organizations within Stoney Creek and the Wintergreen Community.
Hosting a yearly Town Hall meeting, which provides a direct forum for residents to engage with community leaders from WPOA, Wintergreen Police, Wintergreen Fire & Rescue, and Wintergreen Resort.

Full Membership ($20/household per year): Available to all Stoney Creek property owners.
Associate Membership: Available to long-term resident renters (with a lease of one year or more). Note: Associate members cannot vote on club matters.
